One-to-one breathwork or meditation sessions

A 1-1 is a fantastic option if you are new to meditation and/or breathwork, wanting to advance an existing practice, or if you have a specific goal or enquiry in mind.

Modalities I offer via 1-1 sessions, tailored to your needs include: conscious connected breathwork, functional (performance) breathwork, restorative breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, yoga nidra

Depending on your goals, I have 4 different options to choose from:

1 hour session: perfect for a one-off reset, or to focus on a specific goal (e.g. i want to improve my sleep/anxiety/stress management/self confidence) - £40

4 × 1 hour sessions: the chance to go a little deeper. We use the 4 sessions to go progressively deeper or to cover a range of goals and practices so you finish with a suite of practical knowledge and skills to have immediate impact in your life - £140

The 1-month container: 4× 1-1 sessions across a month period with daily 1-1 support in between sessions via Telegram/Whatsapp, so you can maximise integration on your life, receive prompts, have your questions answered, and we can tackle any hurdles or barriers to your practice in real time to really maximise the impact in your life - £195

What happens after I book?

After booking, you will be sent a short set of questions. Your answers help me to plan your sessions in a way that means you will get the maximum value from our time together, and with practices and techniques which will be genuinely transformational for you.

Once booked, I will email you a link for availability so you can choose a date and time to suit you. If your own availability is restricted, please contact me first to ensure we can schedule your 1-1’s at a time which works for you before booking.

1:1’s are either online (zoom) or in-person at my home in Paignton.
