Beach Bliss meditation and breathwork classes

Back for a 4th summer, this beautiful guided outdoor class is designed to bring some presence and some space to your weekend!

Two class types are running this summer;

Beach bliss meditation - a class combining relaxing meditation and Yoga Nidra techniques supported by gentle breathwork practices to soother your nervous system and leave you feeling relaxed, rested and refreshed.

Beach bliss breathwork - a dynamic practice of conscious connected breathwork (similar to WimHof breathing) to energise the body, release physical tension and stress and leave you feeling alive, present and reconnected to yourself.

Both classes are totally beginner friendly, and are followed by optional (but highly recommended!) group sea swim.

Most classes this year also have the option to include a Hams Kitchen breakfast bowl which can be enjoyed by us all together, gathered in community after our swim (breakfast bowl will be yoghurt, fresh fruit, compote and granola and can be plant-based/accommodate any dietary requirements on request)

Beach bliss breathwork - Sunday 10th May, Sunday 7th June, Sunday 12th July

Due to the works at Preston and Paignton beaches this summer, this class will take place at Goodrington, Youngs Park (exact location confirmed via email prior to the class and either takes place on the beach or the green depending on tide times)
