How would it feel to have time specifically dedicated to helping you feel GOOD?

Time to nourish your mind and body and have fun with like-minded women!

Our day retreats combine feel-good movement AND restorative meditation and breathwork thanks to the unique collaboration between Viv (a London-based personal trainer and dance coach) and Lauren (accredited meditation and breathwork instructor).

Our day retreats are carefully curated to work with the full range of energies; you will sweat, stetch, tone and laugh in Viv’s movement classes; and you will deeply rest and reconnect in Lauren’s meditation and breathwork sessions.

You will leave feeling lighter, more joyful, and totally restored….. there is no better way to give yourself a boost of that feel-good energy that you so deserve!

Suitable for beginners. Adaptations can be made for those requiring any adjustments.

Includes:

  • two movement classes with Viv; Viv’s signature Dance Cardio class which is the MOST fun way to exercise, and a juicy stretching and toning Pilates session so across the day you get a full workout whilst connecting to your physical body and celebrating your form and fabulousness

  • two meditation and breathwork sessions with Lauren; one beautifully uplifting and one deeply restorative

  • a soul session - where we explore feel good self-care themes on a deeper level (full day only)

  • a delicious and nourishing plant-based lunch from Tams Kitchen Torbay, plus afternoon tea and cake (full day only)
