Conscious Connected Breathwork session (online)

£0.00

A guided and immersive practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork. This rhythmic breathing can be as powerful or activating as you wish it to be on the day - and is highly effective in supporting stress relief, the release of pent-up emotion and deeper connection to self.

This beginner-friendly 90 minute session will include a short introduction to the technique, a grounding practice, intention setting and sharing, a Conscious Connected breathwork journey, and some time for integration before close.

Monday 21st July - 7.30 - 9pm (5 places)

Monday 28th July - 7.30 - 9pm (10 places)

Please note if you have experienced any of the following this session may not be suitable and I would ask you to contact your GP or care provider before signing up: Heart condition/arrhythmia; High/low blood pressure; Epilepsy; Bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis; Untreated/severe PTSD; Detached retina or glaucoma; History of stroke/seizure; Recent major surgery

*Please note, leading this class is a requirement of my CCB facilitator training and as such I am yet to be qualified (I graduate in August). For this reason the session is also free :)
