An evening of connection, soothing self care and delicious food, this event is designed to help you find slowness, calm and enjoy good company. The event will either be hosted in our lovely country garden if the weather permits, surrounded by trees and with the sound of the stream running nearby or in our barn conversion if we need to be inside!
Includes:
welcome drink and amuse bouche on arrival, with time to chat with others or to sit quietly and read a book or enjoy the garden (6-6.30pm)
45 minute breathwork and meditation session to soothe the nervous system and reconnect you to your body and your breath (6.30-7.15pm)
supper; a delicious vegetarian feast followed by dessert and herbal teas (7.15-9pm)
This event is a collaboration between Lauren (me) of mindworks meditation and my husband Tom, a private chef who runs Hams Kitchen, and is hosted at our lovely home in Preston, Paignton where we run monthly supper clubs.
